David Pennisi

After joining Jackson Teece in 2011 David has played a lead role in the design and delivery of various complex projects, his skills lie within analysing complex sites and planning for maximum amenity and efficiency coupled with the development of considered and innovative architecture. David possesses excellent communication skills, he has significant experience in commercial refurbishments and fit-outs as well as a clear understanding of PCA guidelines.

David has been involved in delivering a broad range of projects of various scales providing architectural services including schematic design, design development, contract documentation and contract administration. He has recently completed further study at the University of Tasmania (Grad Cert Timber) to inform possibilities for higher levels of sustainable outcomes in the built environment.

Having significant experience in the Residential Retirement Living sector, David has been the lead architect on numerous Residential Aged Care Developments and Seniors Living projects.
