Mark Aban

Mark joined Jackson Teece in 2003. As a student, he joined Altis Architects where he gained two years’ experience in construction documentation, primarily for hospitality projects including the Canterbury Leagues Club in Sydney.

Over the past 16 years, Mark has gained further experience in design development, construction documentation and the supervision of site construction works.

Mark’s projects range from new public buildings, the adaptive re-use of commercial heritage-listed buildings, club refurbishments, infrastructure facilities and mixed-use residential developments. He has extensive experience with varying housing for the aged from dementia care to independent living with associated
community spaces.

He has a specific interest in sustainable building design, especially the adaptive re-use of buildings.
