Jenny Yu

Jenny Yu is an Associate Interior Designer at Jackson Teece and started with the company in 2014. She has recently re-joined the company following her 2-year journey living and working abroad in London across various projects in Europe and in the UK.

Jenny has gained considerable experience in the last 10 years designing for high-end hotels, boutique hospitality, passenger cruise ship, aged care, seniors living, luxury residential and workplace projects from initial conceptualisation through to completion. She has been associated with some of the most luxurious hotel projects as well as internationally recognised hospitality brands including W Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel and P&O Cruise Ship. She has also worked on various projects across NSW and QLD in aged care RACFs to Senior Independent Living Units.

The importance of exploring the functional relationship between human behaviour and spatial design are core principles that continue to drive her creativity. Jenny prides herself in designing custom joinery and furniture pieces with a strong eye for interior details. She enjoys drawing inspiration from the materiality and resources available at the time of conceptualisation.
