With over 22 years’ experience in the industry, Thai has primarily worked on small to large scale residential and education projects with comprehensive ability in design and project delivery.

He has lead teams throughout all project stages and his involvement includes consultation and brief development, concept design, authority approvals, detail design, construction documentation, specification writing and contract administration.

Thai is passionate about problem solving and enhancing the wellbeing through innovative and forward-thinking architecture. He achieves this by delivering a project focused outcome through listening, collaborating, creativity, communication and project delivery.

Thai has involvement in numerous projects throughout Sydney and has been successful in many Land and Environment Court Appeals.
