With over 10 years experience in the industry, Shirley brings extensive experience in residential, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, transport and aviation developments.

She has worked on a variety of scales of projects and is dedicated to pursuing the highest design quality outcomes through combining her comprehensive user-centred perspective along with rational design thinking, strategic problem solving and management skills.

Throughout her career, she has always been intrigued by the social power of spatial experience in people’s day to day life and users’ interactions with both the public and private realm. She strives on the challenge of working in complex environments, balancing financial, social and operational needs of a project and the diversity this field and role has to bring.
