Monique Franklin

Monique Franklin, Studio Director – Interiors at Jackson Teece, brings a distinctive artistry and innovative approach to every project she undertakes. Her design philosophy reflects her own qualities – creative, people-focused, and highly responsive.

Monique attributes her ability to design beyond assumptions to her extensive travels and international experience, including work on resorts and hotels. Since leaving Hong Kong, she has worked at Teir 1 firms and now has joined Jackson Teece to further expand her career in Australia.

Strategic approaches and unpacking opportunities are at the forefront of delivering memorable design outcomes.  She draws endless inspiration from each new project, embracing its unique context, the client’s vision, and the aspirations of the people who will experience the space.

While every project she leads is different, Monique consistently integrates principles of wellness and sustainability, delivering bespoke solutions that are deeply informed and centered on the human experience. Her work creates spaces that embody a sense of place and foster meaningful engagement.
