She later gained extensive experience across the public and construction sectors, developing a deep understanding of all facets of the design and construction industry before moving into the commercial operations of architectural practices.

Her ability to build strong collaborative relationships with peers, clients, and stakeholders has enabled practices to grow and thrive effectively.
