Located in the centre of Tokyo, Park Wellstate Nishi-Azabu provides beautifully considered and architecturally designed state-of the-art Seniors Living. Our design concept for this development is to create a garden sanctuary, vertical village and connection with nature.
Included are independent living and aged care accommodation situated within a 35 storey tower with podium and housing 350 units. The elevated podium comprises a lush communal courtyard with the tower building offering prominent district and distant views including Mt Fuji.
As part of our concept, we have combined all aspects of a garden sanctuary within the building, bringing the outside in. Embracing the use of timber louvers, mature landscaped courtyards and water features to connect with the natural environment while maintaining optimum outlook to views.
Several themes were used in the design of the large landscaped areas including the sanctuary garden, wellness garden, wisdom water walk and running waterfall along the facade. The landscaped gardens provide healing spaces for residents while also creating communal areas for seniors to congregate and family & friends to visit.
The Interior design follows the architectural concept by allowing the natural and organic materials into the elegant and spacious internal communal areas. The Sky bar and Onsen offers enjoyable experiences with in the development for seniors and visitors.
