Jackson Teece was engaged to develop the master plan for this luxurious aged care and seniors living facility in Randwick.
Recently completed, the design accommodates a diverse selection of apartment types alongside varying commercial, dining, function and recreational spaces. With a comfortable flow from residence to retail, Jackson Teece created a vibrant residential community for elderly people, not just a home for the aged.
The two buildings house 79 new apartments that seamlessly integrate with provided amenities, instilling greater independence, and promoting an active lifestyle amongst residents.

Design wise, the facade has been carefully prototyped and developed using terracotta battens to enhance privacy and sun shading, creating a distinct new character for this well established community. With an identity all its own, this high-end, yet warm presence that travels from living spaces to external designs exudes top-quality independent living. This design philosophy can be seen throughout, as our concept of a softened, more familiar living experience takes shape, welcoming those into their new home.

The master plan for the extension was designed to sensitively address the variety of adjacent uses and built features of the area and complement the existing facility.
