  • Size:

    36,975m2

This expansive workplace project explored the adaptive transformation of two existing 1960s sky lit warehouses into new boutique commercial office spaces and retail tenancies.

The design includes an approximately 3,000m² base building signature commercial office space, designed to accommodate Goodman’s future needs as it cements itself as the new global headquarters for their operations. With such a critical company role, this site needs to be flexible and it needs to function without fuss or hindrance.

Internally, new spaces will be conveniently linked via a covered double height central spine corridor constructed of engineered timber sections, designed to function as a linking element between the two buildings as well as an architectural marker for the precinct. It is this connection and accessibility that will create a fluid workspace, one that can manage the day-in, day-out activities of an international business.
