PROJECT

CLEARVIEW TCE, SEVEN HILLS

Architecture Completed Brisbane Multi Residential
  • Client:

    Heran

  • Location:

    Seven Hills, Queensland

  • Size:

    72 Apartments

Designed to sensitively nestle within the leafy suburban environment of this inner-city suburb, Clearview Terrace provides a high-quality medium density housing option bringing much needed diversity in accommodation to the locale.

The project achieves “Gentle Density” in Brisbane’s inner suburbs and an increase in diverse housing alternatives in line with Queensland’s State Government and Council objectives.

The layered façade language utilising contrasting colours and repetition of treatments both breaks down the built form while also unifying the development.

The two buildings sensitively address the street frontage to the south and the east, reinforcing the street alignment while also moving away from the street to provide moments of decompression encouraging pedestrian entry and movement through the site.

The liberal use of natural stone and native planting throughout the site coupled with the retention of significant eucalypt trees culminates in a development which sits comfortably within the blended urban bushland setting of Seven Hills.
