Northsea, Wollongong

Located in the picturesque Illawarra region, Northsea is a 13-storey residential development situated on Crown St, Wollongong, and boasts views of the ocean to the east, and Mount Keira and Mount Ousley to the west.

Jackson Teece, alongside local practice ADM Architects, envisioned a mix of affordable, social and private residential apartments, situated above a commercial tenancy.

Northsea aims to promote social interaction and community through shared spaces that take the form of rooftop and podium level gardens.
