Waterview Street, Putney

Jackson Teece are pleased to have been part of the Land and Environment Court Approval of a Stage 1 DA for the Halvorsen’s boat yard in Putney.

The site has a great history being established as Squires Brewery in the 1790s and converted to a Boatshed for Lars Halvorsen and Sons in 1930s.

The approval is for 18 Townhouses along Waterview Street, a new apartment building with 33 units, refurbishment of the Boatshed to include 19 apartments and various retail and commercial spaces. There will also be a public forecourt and a foreshore walk along the River.
