Ideally positioned near Omotesando Station in Tokyo, this collaboration between Jackson Teece and Nomura Kensetu Kogyo seamlessly integrates 17 apartments over 9 storeys, creating a ‘hidden retreat’ for its residents.

The design, a blend of organic and striking forms, respects the site’s original and established garden. A dramatic timber louvre approach, double-storey bronze and green wall entry foyer, gentle façade curves, and strategic materiality embody nature’s softness and richness while preserving the site’s ‘memory.’
