Station Rd, Indooroopilly: DA Approved!

We’re thrilled to announce the approval of our Build-To-Rent (BTR) focused mixed-use development, set to transform Station Road in the heart of Indooroopilly. This project is not just a development; it’s a vision for a dynamic, sustainable, and inclusive community. Here’s a glimpse into what makes it truly special:

Diverse Housing Options: Our development addresses the pressing need for varied housing solutions, offering BTR rental options, affordable housing, short-term accommodation, and owner-occupied apartments. This mix of tenures aims to cultivate a thriving precinct within the established community, enhancing the quality of life for residents.

Biophilic Design: The podium design showcases organic forms, hanging gardens, and trees, mirroring the beauty of a steep river bank. This harmonious blend of nature and architecture fosters tranquility and well-being, transforming Station Road into an inviting space for all.

Environmental Impact: Committed to sustainability, our project aims for the GBCA’s 5 Star Green Star certification. The design incorporates green building initiatives, minimising the heat island effect, and fostering a cooler, more comfortable environment through permeable communal areas.

Retail & Community Integration: The retail arcade, a key feature, draws people into the site, creating a walkable transition along Station Road. Publicly accessible spaces, along with food and beverage offerings, seamlessly integrate the BTR community with the broader public.

Community Well-being: The BTR facilities are lifestyle-focused, offering recreational areas, wellness spaces, co-working facilities, and rooftop areas with breathtaking city views. Our unique blend of responsive placemaking and pedestrian-centric planning aims to create a vibrant and engaging community.

Transit-Oriented Design: Located just a 2-minute walk from Indooroopilly train station and with excellent access to bus interchange and shopping complexes, our development promotes a reduced reliance on cars. A comprehensive green transport strategy and community programs encourage active transport options, minimising traffic impact and promoting environmental sustainability.

Stay tuned for more updates as we bring this vision to life!
