Oria Apartments are part of the modern art deco-style residential development at 447 Gregory Terrace, Spring Hill. Accommodating 105 apartments over 15 stories, Jackson Teece was engaged for the Interior Design of the apartments and luxury common areas.
Oria Apartments have been designed with family living at the forefront, incorporating conversation style island benches and ample storage. The larger 3 & 4 bedroom apartments offer master bedroom privacy, purposely separated from secondary bedrooms areas. The recent surge of working from home has also influenced the apartment planning with all apartments incorporating study areas.
