UDIA Award Winners!

Jackson Teece is proud to celebrate the recognition of Anglicare Woolooware Shores at the 2025 UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence. The project received two awards, Excellence in Masterplanned Communities and Excellence in Retirement Living, recognising its role in delivering a transformative living experience for senior Australians.

Spanning more than a decade, this achievement reflects the collective effort of our multidisciplinary team, from the original masterplan through to architecture and interior design. Delivered in carefully staged phases, Woolooware Shores has evolved into a vibrant community that enhances wellbeing, connection, and quality of life.

We thank Anglicare for their vision and collaboration throughout this journey and congratulate everyone involved in realising this landmark project.
