The prominent corner site adjacent to Haneda Airport is visible from the freeway and railway line. The idea for the façade was to cover the large industrial box with woven ‘wing panels’ softening the building’s overall mass. The ever-changing shadow cast by the panels creates a unique façade, together with glimpses of fluorine painted orange that are revealed as you travel past the building from the expressway.
