Jackson Teece was engaged by Mitsui Fudosan to provide the concept facade design for a new mixed-use facility within their industrial park development near Haneda Airport.

This prominent corner site adjacent to Haneda Airport is visible from the freeway and railway line. To soften the exterior of the industrial structure, woven ‘wing panels’ encompass all sides, showcasing a delicate interplay with shifting sunlight.

This ever changing shadow cast by the panels creates a pixelated facade, and together with subtle glimpses of fluorine painted orange, offer a dynamic viewing experience for those travelling on the nearby expressway.
