M by Montefiore Wins 2022 Master Builders Association of NSW Award

M by Montefiore won the 2022 Master Builders Association of New South Wales in Construction Award in the Lifestyle Living Over 55s category. This award recognises the elevated quality of workmanship, innovation and distinction within the Australian building industry.

“Our vision was to deliver a thriving community for seniors underpinned by an exceptional level of accommodation, amenities and services. Our residents are telling us that we have delivered on all counts,” said David Freeman, Montefiore president and chair of the development committee responsible for delivering the project.

With 79 spacious apartments spread across two buildings, the residents enjoy numerous amenities like the club lounge and lobby bar, dining precinct, cinema, lap pool, outdoor barbecue areas and dedicated function spaces.
