Cecelia Wells

With over 30 years’ experience on a broad range of projects in several countries, Cecelia brings a high level of design, technical and project management capability to projects of all scales.

Returning to Jackson Teece in 2017, Cecelia brings a wide experience in the design and delivery of major public and private projects, including high-end resort and hospitality, commercial and residential, large public buildings, industrial campuses, museums and exhibitions, waterside commercial and institutional projects, heritage restoration, and public-private partnership projects.

Cecelia is adept at taking projects from conception to completion, with careful attention to detail and construction viability. She enjoys client and consultant interaction, the resolution of challenges, and the successful interpretation of ideas into built form. Cecelia is also one of Jackson Teece’s in-house quality reviewers.
