Jackson Teece working with local practice ADM Architects were commissioned to undertake the design of a 13 storey residential development in central Wollongong.
The design includes a total of 62 apartments which includes 24 apartments that are to be Social and Affordable Housing.

The relatively slender tower with only four apartments on each level allows for excellent solar access and cross-ventilation to the majority of the apartments. The site enjoys a northern aspect with magnificent views of the ocean to the east and Mount Keira and Mount Ousley on the escarpment to the west.
The proposal provides a mix of affordable, social and private residential apartments above a ground-level Child Care Centre. Also included are communal spaces and external gardens at roof level and podium level. These allow for a diversity of use and promote social interaction.
