Jackson Teece provided interior design and a brand refresh for Century 21’s new premises in Crows Nest. Existing conventions have been challenged, and contemporary branding creates a crisp, fresh environment for their clients.
The main showroom is centred around a sculptural reception desk, while herringbone timber flooring is complemented with joinery and brass light fittings. Textural furnishings soften the space alongside a restrained pastel colour palette that calms and welcomes visitors. This tranquil environment is contrasted against a Century 21 neon sign, providing a striking element within the space that reiterates the company’s rebrand and contemporary presence.
Timber skirting, full height joinery cupboards and timber panelling throughout are an honest reflection of the site’s many heritage features. And as you move through the house, the heritage staircase and ornate cornices guide you towards a collection of revitalised meeting spaces and sales offices. From the inside out, this revamp has connected a much celebrated past with the unlimited potential of the future.
