UDIA Urban Renewal Award for Southpoint TOD

We congratulate our client, Anthony John Group Pty Ltd for winning the UDIA National Urban Renewal Award for Southpoint, Brisbane.

Jackson Teece is very proud of such a successful outcome, after securing the project with the Anthony John Group in 2006 the team went on to deliver a highly complex, staged, transit-oriented development.

The mix use precinct consists of a 25,000m2 commercial tower, 140 room luxury hotel, over 400 apartments delivered in stages and providing a broad diversity of residential accommodation and affordability. The podium consists of 4000m2 of Retail, train station and ancillary spaces, centred around the heritage listed Collins Place building.
