Rosebery Seniors Living Development

Jackson Teece in collaboration with Aileen Sage, Site Image Landscape Architects, and Djinjama, have played a pivotal role in the success of Corio Project’s Rosebery Seniors Living Development project.

The Selection Panel’s commendation for our scheme, integrating Country and landscape with architecture, is truly gratifying. We’re proud to set a precedent with the first competitive design process under the State Significant Development Pathway for seniors living.

As we approach the submission of the State Significant Development early next year, we are confident that the collaborative effort and thoughtful design approach will be reflected in our proposal.
