- Our team recently delivered ‘Southpoint’, a major TOD project at Brisbane’s cultural precinct, South Bank. This project is the first of its kind in Brisbane and one of the largest TODs to be delivered in Australia. The development represents leading environmentally sustainable design and the commercial building is 5 star GBCA & NABERS rated. It is home to Flight Centre’s new global headquarters and Australia’s most awarded boutique luxury hotel, Emporium.
